Roles and Responsibilities
The job duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review service agreement documentation for clarity and communicate scope performed and associated repair needs noted.
- Collaborate with MSS divisions to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales and other departments.
- Serve as a resource for sales representatives, handling inquiries, requests, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Independently prepare sales reports, cost sheets, presentations, estimates, and proposals as needed by the sales team.
- Submit proposals to customers for approval and track proposal status in Company Sales tracking software.
- Interface effectively with the service department to ensure timely delivery of the deficiency and/or service repairs.
- Autonomously contact parts suppliers to receive quotes for repair parts.
- Report progress and metrics to management weekly and monthly.
- Manage and organize proposal document folders in appropriate networks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain customer communications with Owners and Internal MSS Customers.
- Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related experience preferred
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, able to work individually with minimal direction
- Capable to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Exemplary work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Superb problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office related products and CRM software
- Must successfully pass a background check
